What Information Must I Record?

Records for each child must be maintained on a permanent basis by the parent. These records should include, but are not limited to:

• attendance data
• assessment (test and/or evaluation)
• immunization records

Keep your own records with a planner of your own making or use one of the following:

Homeschool Tracker
Homeschooling Records

Have Others Keep Your Records

Independent and parochial schools can also keep records for you. See a list of umbrella schools.
